Ocala Cove Motel Reservation Policies

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest must be 18 years of age and provide a valid credit card in their name along with 1 piece of government issued photo identification at time of check-in.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Window: 24 hours prior to arrival
Inside Window Penalty: 1 Night Stay + Taxes will be charged to your credit card. 
Outside Window Penalty: None. No charge will apply. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Managment reserves the right to charge a minimum security deposit of $40.00 USD which will be pre-authorized on a credit card at check in.  All rooms are inventoried, therefore any missing and/or damaged items are subject to a minimum $40.00 charge. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged or stolen by you or any of your guest(s), you authorize Ocala Cove Motel LLC to charge your credit card up to the maximum amount of $300.00. Should the costs exceed $300.00, you may be charge with grand theft, which is is a felony offence, with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record. 

ROOM CAPACITY POLICY
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room is 1-2 persons. 

NO SMOKING POLICY
Ocala Cove Motel is a non-smoking motel. If this policy is violated by someone in your room during your stay, you will be charged a $200.00 fee. 

PET POLICY
Your pet must be declared prior to your arrival. Failure to notify the motel in writing prior to your arrival may result in the refusal of the pet at time of check in. A single dog or cat under 20 lbs is permitted in a designated pet friendly room. Your pet must be not be left unattended in the room at any time. Pet fee is $5.00/day per pet. If a pet is seen present in a non-designated pet friendly room, guest will be asked to leave the motel premises and NO-REFUNDS will be allotted. A deep cleaning fee of $50.00 will be added to the room bill. 

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
Room cleaning shall be performed from 08:00 - 15:00 hours. If the Guest requires a specific time for room cleaning, please make arrangements at the Front Office. Housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights the guest stays.
  • For stays seven nights or less: guest may request replenishing of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper. It is the responsibility of the guest to empty trash receptacles. 
  • For stays seven night or more: One "Full Service" housekeeping is provided each week. Full Service (provided weekly) includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing soap, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper if needed. 
PERSONAL ITEMS
Ocala Cove Motel LLC will not accept responsibility For The Loss Or Damage To Any Personal Belongings. Items left behind will be stored for 30 days. If unclaimed, they will be disposed.  

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Guests that are loitering, consuming alcohol in public common areas or behaving in a disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and will be asked to leave hotel premises and no refunds will be allotted. 

PARCEL SHIPPING AND MAIL
Ocala Cove Motel allows guests, with prior permission, to receive occasional packages or mail items during their stay. Guest must make prior arrangements with Management or front desk personnel at time of check in. We will not sign for any packages nor are we responsible for the packages, their contents or the storage of them. Guests receiving mail at the motel does not establish temporary or permanent residence, and does not constitute a change in domicile.

PRIVACY POLICY

Ocala Cove Motel agrees to not sell or provide any information about our visitors to any 3rd party. All information gathered through reservations or the use of this web site will be used solely for internal purposes.
